Nature of Business
Laster Tech Co., Ltd. was established in September 1999. In the early stage, the company mainly imported high-brightness LED chips from Europe and the US, such as Philips Lumileds, Osram, and Toyoda Gosei. The LED chips were widely used in various applications such as: munitions, medical treatment, aviation, automobile and others.
Considering that energy on earth is gradually decreasing, which results in the increasing need to save energy and reduce carbon emission, Laster Tech started to engage in LED automotive lighting and indoor/outdoor lighting applications in 2002,and set up Shanghai Laster Tech Automobile CharDIN, specializing in supplying optical modules used in automotive lighting for every major automaker around the world.
In 2009, we established a lighting division, SWEEO, to provide every major lighting company in the world with optical spare parts.
Global energy is disappearing at a very fast rate, thus, Laster Tech wishes to contribute through promoting the global trend of energy saving and carbon reduction for the earth.
