Yokogawa (Thailand) Ltd., a subsidiary of Yokogawa Electric Corporation (Japan), was established in 1989. By our commitment to Thailand’s industry we were among the first companies to fully engage and provide products, systems and services to local market. Yokogawa is a leading provider of Industrial Automation and Test and Measurement solutions. To increase customers’ production efficiency, quality and safety, we can provide total and integrated solutions according to ISA95 model from level 1 – 4.
Level 1 – Field Instrumentations : To collect plant and process information to Control System such as Sensors, Transmitter, Flow Meters, Valve Positioner, Field Wireless solutions, Analyzers, Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS), Gas Chromatograph (GC), Single Loop Controller, Programmable Controller, CCTV, etc.
Level 2 – Production Control System : To control plant efficiently, safely and to optimize productivity and energy consumption such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), SCADA, Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Advance Process Control (APC), Real-Time Optimization (RTO), Energy Management System, Energy Optimization System, Plant Resource (Asset) Management System, etc.
Level 3 – Production Management / Manufacturing Execution System (MES) : To keep, analyze, manage and utilize of long-term plant information such as Plant Information Management System, Plant Production Management, Plant Production Planning, Plant Operation Management, Plant Production Supervisory System, etc.
Level 4 – Corporate Management : To plan overall resource for enterprise such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
