Mono bloc Meehanite cast elements designed using Finite Element Methods (FEM) provide exceptional dampingproperties and exceptional machining rigidity. To ensure thermal stability, riblocation has been designed using Finite Element Analysis, assuring optimised structural rigidity.

To ensure thermal balance, rib location is designed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assuring an optimized rigid structure.

1. HMI panel with 15" LCD touch screewn fuctions and easy to use  mouse & keyboard to operate, mmonitor and programming 

2. EF Eletrolysis Free Generator system provide cutting performance.

3. A special "Short Circuit solution" eliminate missthreading alignment condition and improve machineing efficency.

4. AWT system can thread at the point of wire breakage and to thread workpiece up to 500 mm.

5. X axis travel 500 mm. , Y axis travel 400 mm., Z axis 260 mm.
